Love and Trust

In as much as love is crucial in every relationship
cos it’s a pillar that supports the relationship,
Trust is the foundation
which every relationship is be built upon.
Pillars can always be repaired,
or even replaced.
But if the foundation breaks,
The house comes stumbling down,
You can seldom trust again once the trust is broken.
So if I can’t trust you,
I can’t stay with you.
Cos you can trust without love,
but you can’t never love without trust.
I’ll rather have a woman that I can trust but who doesn’t love me,
than have a woman that loves me but whom I can’t trust.
